# Receive your funds

When your buyer has received your item the order is closed and the funds are added to your Stop N Swop Balance.

You can view your current balance on the My Balance page. You can withdraw at any time provided you have at least £5. You can also use your balance to make purchases.

There is a small fixed fee of £0.20 to make a withdrawal.

After withdrawing, you can usually expect your funds to credit your account within 24 hours.
