Every user is given a reputation score. This gives you an overall idea of somebody's trading history. There are a number of contributing factors that make up a score:
How long an account has been active for
How many games they've listed in total
How many listings have been sold/refunded/disputed
How many games they've purchased off other sellers
On top of this, every listing is also given a reputation score. This combines the seller's score with listing-specific factors:
How many images are uploaded (the more images you upload, the easier it is for a buyer to asses your game)
Description, region provided?
How close the price is to the market price (if you try to price a game well above average, it will affect your score)
