Once your item has arrived, check that everything is okay. Make sure it is in the advertised condition and that it actually works.
Head to the My Orders page to let us know your order has arrived.
It's important to let us know when your item has arrived so we can process the order and transfer your funds to the seller
If you're happy with the item, click the All good button to complete your order.
If you're not happy with the item, click Something's wrong. See disputes and refunds for more info.
If your order hasn't arrived after 14 days, click My order hasn't arrived yet and we will be in touch.
If you don't notify us after 21 days, we will assume the item has arrived and will close the order.
Once your order is completed, you cannot request a refund or dispute the order
